Our manufacturing facility is located in Khordha, Odisha, on a site of 10.29 acres. The built-up area spans approximately 15,000 m² within a total facility area of 40,000 m².
Production Capacity
The plant supports annual capacity of approximately 18,000 TPA of high-precision aluminium foil produced under strict quality control.

- Foil Mills capable of rolling at 1,800 m/min, delivering gauges down to 5.5 micron
- Advanced fully-automatic Slitter-Separators equipped with pin-hole detection
- Surface Inspection Systems and dedicated Roll-Grinder machines to ensure optimum foil quality.
- Precision Rewinder machines offering accurate tension control from the input side.
- Rolling Oil Purification & Recovery Systems designed to sustain high surface-quality foils while minimising waste and environmental impact.
- Annealing Furnaces that are energy-efficient and widely applied in global foil-manufacturing operations.
- Ventilation systems, energy-efficient compressors, cooling towers and control-panels integrated for reliable production and safety.
Sustainability & Environment
Our facility is certified “green” by the relevant pollution control board, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable manufacturing. The infrastructure is designed for minimal environmental footprint, utilisation of recovered oils, efficient energy use and zero-discharge operation.
