Our advanced plant spans 10.29 acres with an annual production capacity of 18,000 TPA, supported by cutting-edge rolling technology capable of achieving 1,800 m/min speeds and ultra-thin gauges down to 5.5 microns. Every foil we produce ensures superior barrier properties, consistency, and precision engineering.
Backed by a highly experienced leadership team, Shrijay Foils offers a comprehensive range including ultra-light and light gauge foils, pharmaceutical foils, household foils, semi-rigid container stock, and battery foils for lithium-ion applications. Robust process control, in-house QA/QC and R&D, and advanced inspection systems ensure dependable, world-class performance.
